Support Analyst

Aquanow is looking for a well-rounded candidate to join the global client services team at our Dubai office. The client services team provides global 24/7 coverage for our clients and is responsible for timely and accurate service for our traded products. As a Support Analyst, you will gain an in-depth understanding of the operations of a financial services firm. You will help the company to operate more efficiently by supporting critical business functions and identifying opportunities to streamline processes.

What you will be doing

  • Respond to client queries in a timely manner with the utmost professionalism and in accordance with company policies/guidelines
  • Manage and record client requests through our internal ticketing tool
  • Ensure client-facing activities are routed quickly and efficiently, and escalated when necessary
  • Guide clients on troubleshooting, provide product information, solve common problems and setup issues
  • Work closely with various internal partners and teams in different regions when necessary
  • Ensure documentation is accurate and up to date
  • Preparation of internal and client facing reports and presentations
  • Ad-hoc projects and tasks

Requirements

  • This posting requires the candidate to be work weekend coverage periods (Sat & Sun); two other days off will be provided in lieu instead (Mon/Tue or Thurs/Sat)
  • As part of a predefined schedule, it is expected you may work on weekends and public holidays as required
  • Scheduling will be provided with advance notification, and any changes will be clearly communicated
  • After on-site training period is complete, hybrid/remote work can be arranged in coordination with your team and manager

What you will need to succeed

  • Flexible schedule and the ability to work holidays and weekends
  • Bachelor’s degree (ideally in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, etc.)
  • Analytical skills and the ability to think through problems
  • Positive attitude with high aptitude to learn new things
  • Team player with capacity to work in an unstructured work environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, VBA, et al.
  • Basic programming experience and interested in developing these skills
  • Seeking an opportunity to grow within a high-growth organization
